The Wouter Nolet Foundation (WNF) is controlled by a board that guides the fulfilling of her mission.
Vision
To support programs in Sierra Leone which aim at reducing access-barriers to health care including training of medical students, outreach projects and evidence based research.
Mission
How are we going to contribute to this vision?
1. To grant awards to students following medical advanced trainings .
2. To finance a maternal outreach program
3. To support research analysis of data collected in the outreach programs

Accountability
In an Annual Report the activities of the Foundation are described and the Board will be held responsible for the financial results (income and expenditures) by an independent Audit Committee.

Board
The Board of the Wouter Nolet Foundation consists of 4 persons of whom one will always be a member of the Nolet family. The tasks, authorities and responsibilities of the chairman, secretary and treasurer of the Board are separated.
Father of Wouter. Legal and MBA background. Retired. Former work: consultancy with over 30 year experience in business development, IT logistics and project management.
Doctor, currently enrolled as PhD at the University of Copenhagen, doing research in maternal health in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania.
Doctor in Global Health & Tropical Medicine (AIGT). Medical superintendent Lion Heart Medical Centre, Sierra Leone, 2016 (resident), 2017-2019. Master International Health. Anesthesiologist in training (current), AUMC, The Netherlands.
Sister of Wouter. Legal background. Currently working for The Ministery of Interior and Kingdom Relations. In WNSF responsible for Social Media.
