The Wouter Nolet Foundation (WNF) is controlled by a board that guides the fulfilling of her mission.
To support programs in Sierra Leone which aim at reducing access-barriers to health care including training of medical students, outreach projects and evidence based research.
How are we going to contribute to this vision?
1. To grant awards to students following medical advanced trainings .
2. To finance a maternal outreach program
3. To support research analysis of data collected in the outreach programs
Under the board’s guidance, our vision has been translated into goals setting: what do we want to achieve?
WNF collects and processes data to run its programs. This takes place under the conditions of a Privacy Document.
In an Annual Report the activities of the Foundation are described and the Board will be held responsible for the financial results (income and expenditures) by an independent Audit Committee.
The Board of the Wouter Nolet Foundation consists of 4 persons of whom one will always be a member of the Nolet family. The tasks, authorities and responsibilities of the chairman, secretary and treasurer of the Board are separated.
